Holy DIAPEES, Batman! :)

OH.MY.GOD! I just recently started couponing..and it is a lot of work, but soooo worth it. I have saved so much money using coupons..and gotten a ton of FREEBIES too.

Check out my latest Walgreen's trip! I am SOOOOO excited about this. My first *real* deal. :) Many more to come, I hope! Click the picture to see the HUGE version. ;) In case you can't tell, there are 12 packs of diapers, 4 glade sense & sprays, 4 glade lasting impressions, 16 packs of ramen, 11 russell stover eggs, 6 boxes of excedrin mentstrual (same formula as the migraine), and 16 bottles of garnier fructis products. WOW! I am seriously still in shock.



I spent a total of $13.06 and saved a total of $311.47!!!! Wahoooooooo! I am going back tomorrow for more diapers. I have a few more coupons that I am not about to let waste. These HUGGIES JUMBO packs end up costing around 1.66 a pack. :) That is a deal that absolutely cannot be beat, and I am all over it. hehe

I should have plenty of diapees for Jacob for a very long time. I am up to about 20 packs so far, and plan to get about 12 more packs of huggies and use my register rewards to stock up on bigger sizes in the Walgreen's diapers that will be on sale next week. :)

We're DEFINITELY on the BLUE team!

It was confirmed today. ;) We had our 3D/4D sonogram this afternoon. It didn't take her 10 seconds to tell me that he was definitely a boy...no doubt about it! LOL



I am so happy to finally know for sure. I really wanted a girl, but honestly, I had convinced myself he was for sure a he, and I have really fallen in love w/ Jacob. He looks soooooo much like Hunter & Hayli did when they were born. He has that fat little Stephen's nose and adorable little features. Awwwwww!!

We are going back next Friday (for FREE thankfully..LOL) because we really didn't get many good shots of him. She told me to drink at least 64oz of water EVERY day this week and we should be able to get some really good shots of him next week. I am so excited...as I was today. He is precious, and I do love him dearly already!

On another note...I cannot believe how fat my face looks in this picture Tom took of me while we were waiting today. Yikes! I can surely see the 10lbs that I gained in 3 weeks. *sigh*



and look at Jacob's sweet & handsome daddy! No wonder my babies are so damn cute!! Ignore that big wad of snuff in his lip. ;)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KATIE SUE!

My sweet baby girl would have been 2 years old yesterday (02/07). I am late posting, as usual. I can't beleive it has been 2 years already. Wow!

We will be celebrating next weekend (Tanner was gone this weekend) by sending pink & white balloons up to Heaven for her and having a pink & white birthday cake. We did this last year too (see pics below), and plan to do it every year for her. <3

DON'T LOOK, BRANDON!!

It's bad luck for the soon to be hubby to see his bride before the wedding...but the good thing is, Brandon doesn't even know about this blog. Even if he did, I am quite sure he wouldn't be reading my blog. At least I hope he's not, anyway. ;)

My sweet little niece Taylor is getting married in June and yesterday was the day to try on the dress, and have the bridesmaids and flowergirl trying on theirs.



And, I happened to be there because my sweet Hayli is going to be the flowergirl. How fun!!





We have a little work to do on the dress...or perhaps she will slim up a little before June. The dress fits her nicely everywhere except the halter. We have plenty of time though...so I know it will be fine. :)

Abbey was there too...but no dress for her yet...we are working on that though. :) She did pose for a pic for me and I must share it, because she is so darn pretty...



We had a nice "girls only" day yesterday. It was Ninna (Krista), Mimi, Abbey, Hayli, & I. We went to the bridal shop, then shopping, then to eat, and then more shopping. I spent too much money, but we had a lot of fun! :)

BOY OR GIRL?!?

We had another sonogram today, and it looks like we will be joining the BLUE team!

I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed at first. I hate that I was, but I wanted a girl sooooo bad. What made it even worse was that the cord was between the legs and from the front view, he was pretty sure it was a girl...I couldn't contain my excitement. Then we looked from behind and there was the winkie. *sigh*

I am not completely convinced though, because Dr. C showed me the "hamburger" from the front...there was no winkie. The cord was there and I think the cord could have been the winkie we saw. We will be scheduling a 3D/4D ultrasound within the next couple of weeks. Make no mistake about it...boy or girl...we will love him/her just the same!

Until then.... Jacob Edward it is....and we will call him Baby Jake. He looked really good...measuring right at 23 weeks. He said he weighs about 1lb3oz. Everything looked good, and I am sooooo thankful to God for that!

AND SO IT BEGINS...

This blog, that is. :) I suppose I should use this spot to tell a little about me and this blog for my very first post.

My name is Julie, and I am 31 (I think) years old. I am married to the most amazing man in the world, and I love him dearly. I could write an entire post about him and how damn good he is to me, but I will just say it in 4 words to keep it short and sweet.... HE IS THE BEST!!!

We have a rather large family between the 2 of us. He has 3 amazing kids (2 girls and 1 boy) from a previous marriage (they are all grown and married and have families of their own now)...and I had 1 boy (10)....we got married and had a set of twins (8), a sweet baby girl (she will be 2 this year, and lives in Heaven with Jesus!), and one more on the way. Add it up...that is 8 all together. LOL :)

I intend to blog about my family, friends, life, pregnancy, etc. I am going to try to keep my camera with me, so I can post lots of pics. I LOVE reading blogs that have pics to go along with each post!

I am not sure what else to type here...but I am super sleepy, and have been trying to get this blog up and running for hours. I will try to do better next time.
